Orienteering - 07/05/2011
The meeting on Friday 29 April was held at Scammonden and the Scouts went orienteering around the dam. It was a cold night - so they had to keep moving fairly fast to keep warm. A course of ten controls had been set - could any of the teams get them all? Well the first few teams didn't manage, but then in came Dan's team - with all 10 controls found!
Easter eggs all round for prizes and an early finish due to the sun setting at 8:30pm - very picturesque over the dam.
