St Georges Day Parade - 07/05/2011
On Sunday 17 April we took part in the District St Georges Day Parade. The parade was a bit different this year – it was held at Beaumont Park. We met at the park gates and paraded to just beyond the band stand. We then formed a horseshoe and listened to a service with prayers, hymns, readings and Scouting songs. It was a great day – the sun shone and the new format parade seemed to be very successful.
