Scouts return to Switzerland – for one night only!
No surprise to this year’s theme for the international party – Switzerland!
Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorer Scouts joined together in teams – Toblerone, Army Knife, Cheese, Swiss Roll, Watch and Alpine Horn.
During the first part of the evening the teams went around bases – Fondue, a quiz on Scouting in Switzerland and Swiss music. Next everyone joined together for aerobics in the hall (Swiss National Day Style). Swiss style food was then on offer as part of a light supper.
The Cubs and Scouts then did team games before settling down to watch the Kandersteg DVD, a nice relaxing end to a very hectic evening.
